Blogging is NOT dead: why every business should blog

Here at Sticky we are kind of passionate about blogging. In fact, as pioneering inbound marketers, we were one of the first agencies in Australia to turn their website into a blog. Back then it was seen as a bit odd, but it certainly worked for us and we’ve been pumping out posts ever since.

Recently there have been many “experts” predicting the death of blogging. We think they are wrong. Very wrong.

Sure, blogging isn’t the sexy, shiny new trend online but it still delivers in spades for those smart businesses who have made it part of their marketing.

The very smart and popular online marketing blogger Neil Patel recently shared this great infographic on Why Every Business Should Blog and we couldn’t agree more. Some of the stats here are from the U.S but the overall message is clear…blogging is a very powerful and important part of the online marketing landscape and central to effective inbound marketing.

We have helped numerous clients, large and small, turn blog posts into profits over the years and don’t see that changing any time soon.
