Sticky’s Core Values

Core-Values-graphic-webMost successful businesses operate with a clear understanding of their core values. Why? Because when your values are clear, all your decisions are easier.

At Sticky we recently took the time to review our own core values as a business that has changed and grown a lot over the last 11 years. The goal was to capture how we conduct our business and what makes our culture unique.

Sticky’s Core Values

  • Be inquisitive (keep searching for better solutions & answers)
  • Practice what we preach (do for ourselves what we expect of our clients)
  • Act with honestly & integrity (with our clients & ourselves)
  • Always aim to exceed expectations
  • Celebrate the wins, learn from the losses
  • Be passionate about delivering great results

We find that if we follow these principles most other things tend to fall into place.
